Happy New Year

OK, I'm writing this at 12:25 AM CST after a few toasts with my best friend here.  lol

I loved tuning in a web-based software defined radio tuned to 5000 kHz as we kicked 2020 out the door.

Someday I'll get my Kenwood SW radio back on line....

I saw Sir Tom Jones on Jools Hollland's Hootenanny just past midnight. He was chuffed because, being 80 years old, he has had his Corona jab. The great thing was, unlike most years, the programme was actually live. Not many musicians in the studio other than Jool's band so they padded it out with some great archive footage. The amazing thing was how happy the musos looked to be playing live. There was real joy in their faces. So that it my New Year's wish, the return of live music everywhere.

Happy New Year

HNY all...

an honest reflection on 2020 suggests it wasn't all bad, but bad enough for most of us to be glad to see it end.

Mine too - I really need to start jamming again!
Luckily, there is more than one way to skin a cat.
