220v on drip projects

Maybe this https://www.don-audio.com/Audio-Toroidal-Transformer-pri-230V-sec-250V-0-250v-63vct-02A-5V-2A_1 to operate with both 115VAC (with primary windings hooked up in parallel) as well as 230VAC (with primary windings hooked up in series) local mains voltages.
