Without the kit or motor replacement a Hammond will be out of tune(flat) when in Europe.

There's a product specifically for adjusting tuning on a Hammond, or taking it to Europe. Even lets you step up or down a couple semitones.

yes, that's the frequency conversion kit, I always thought it was fixed for specific 50hZ or 60hZ operation, I didn't know it was variable?
