Hi gang..
A friend of mine is looking into it.. found a 2nd hand one for 1200 Euro with the DA option installed...
What do you think about it?
How does the preamps sound?
and how about the converters?

You may just find that no one here has used one... I certainly haven't... but hey why let that stop me giving an opinion :grin:

The quality of the converters... it's an Apogee (so quite good), but they're not the newest apogees - about the time of the PSX-100.

The mic pres, they're not discrete, no transformers, but they are supposed to sound good - but not like a Neve...

1200 Euros is a good price, can you try before you buy??
