Could some one advise on adding a dim switch into this circuit?

Should it be done pre or post talkback switch which is on the output of the IC 9?
How many db should a Dim be? 10dB?

Would it be as simple as adding a SPDT momentary switch with a resistor on one end ?

Thanks for your time!

is there any chance to solve this problem with the existing Talkback switch? like an on/off but when held will dim the signal?

It's hard to give a specific answer without knowing what S10 through 13 are. I imagine they are talkback, slate, etc. but a definitive ID of those would help. And a more complete schematic would help.

Maybe you could add a switch that parallels the talkback switch (which presumably dims the monitors) and also shunts or opens the talkback mic signal path?
