Those are Dynamic microphones that use a Tuchel connector.
It seems to me they're model MD42.

No, it is not omnidirectional.
Translated the info says it's a feedback resistant microphone with a figure of eight pattern, the higher frequencies approaching cardioid.

Indeed, I assumed it was a directional of some sort, by the mesh behind the capsule.
