Adk A51 to Kludge audio

I suddenly found this mic in my locker, a coverted ADK A 51 to a Kludge Audio pcb. I modded this 15 years ago because of an article in Recording Hacks. Today I wonder what capsule this may be, it's seems to double side, but the two sides connected, might be done wrong. All I remember about this build is that it was difficult to get parts and info was little. And the tropical fish caps, are they 5pf? Black/green/black?

I thought the component connection / layout kinda-sorta looked Schoeps-ish...

Now I remember, that's where I got it from. So the TF caps are 1uf. Good to know.

What about the capsule?
