ADM 668, 666, and 700 cards/channels

I used to have all these documents, but they were lost last year when a friend passed. Does anyone have any info on any 668 or 666 line/ preamp cards? The 700 is currently wired up, but appears to be modded, so I'm looking for a schematic for that as well.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Check the Tech Docs section for 1668 and 2668 cards as well as 202 opamp.  I just added the 700 module pinout, that's all I have for those.
