Hi guys,
someone wrote to cut the actual (original) lamp inside the vintage unit (I got an ADR 760 Compex with the orange bulb gone). If someone can help me in finding the replacement (I won't change the original external orange in plastic because it's firmly glued) and how to do that... will be so appreciated!

Just pull the old lamp out of the tube, put an orange led in there, and a series 1 K resistor.
Did you already do that? Seems like the "tube" is sealed, I mean the bulb inside is sealed. Or not?

The Compex's bulb is a glued-in assembly: there's no replacing the bulb separately. The best solution is to cut the tube  and insert an LED/resistor.
