Alternative Transistors for 2SC1681 and 2SA561

I'm looking for alternatives/replacements for 2SC1681(NPN) and 2SA561(PNP)

My guess is that I shouldn't have any issues going with BC550 for 2SC1681 and BC560 for 2SA561 ?

Im looking for replacements for C1681, A561, C644Y for an old Yamaha PM400...hard to find anything on them.
