Am I reading this correctly?

The resistor value in the following circuit is a 221k, correct? It’s the same circuit from 2 different units. So should be the same value although one is a 5 band and one is a 6 band. I circled the part.

It looks to me to be Red Red Brown Orange Brown so 221K, yes

Yeah the reds and browns on some of these in the right light look so close they are hard to tell apart.
I saw it as red red brown orange brown

Yes. Correct. My issue was red and brown looking close to one another
