Amek M2500 fader Vca

My amek m2500 have some fader with a plastic element between binary broken....
Attached image.
I've tried to find them and also the entire fader, but out production and seems impossibile to find.
Could someone help me?
There is a new fader that can fit with no modificstion?
The original one are 1110 dn

I have contacted P&G  in EU
Them told me it's out of production from many years, and the is no substitute with same dimension and spec.
Now I'm tryng to rebuilt it with 3d print....
I'm very near

What is so specific with them ? Distance between fixing screw is not 110mm ?
VCA fader have linear taper.

Fixing screw are not 110 but 140
And there are 2 additional holes to Fix them to  main channel Pcb...
