AML ez1073 500 module problem

Hello guys,

I have recently built the ez1073 module. Everything went smooth and after powering it, I could adjust the bias voltage to 90mV as well as per the instructions. But the unit is not passing any signal. 48v led is turning on, the relay clicks as well. But I am getting no output from it.
Is there's any particular place I should look at while troubleshooting?

Also, there's a constant buzzing sound coming from the unit (i am guessing its the relay) when 48v is engaged. The buzz is staying for about 10 seconds. Then stops
