Maybe I'm missing something here, but this part in eagle and the datasheet do not seem to match up...

and yes, I did verify that the eagle part goes cbe as opposed to ebc like it should. This worries me a little as I need to go back and check all the work I've done recently.
 
There is no set way of labeling the pins.  One manufacturer will do it one way, the next will make the same part and label it the other way..
