Any +-18volt compressor schematics ?

...well... Many IC based compressors will operate at 15-18V...but that goes for most IC based circuits... Like an LA4

I own a MXP3036 console and would like to take advantage of the pre and eq slots if you?re familiar. I'm going to implement the SSL9K pre that is a project at this site but in addition devise an equalizer and compressor or even all in one for the equalizer slot. If your not familiar with the MXP the pre and eq section are plug and play which other companies for instance ?John Hardy? makes discrete pre-amp (990C), API generates pre?s and eq?s (212S/550S) and Avalon create M3 pre?s and E3 eq?s. It would be nice to find discrete circuits if possible.

why not use some 7815 7915 regulators to bring the voltage down from 18v to 15v and build a small version off the ssl clone?
You can skip the in/output balancing section to save space.
