is that 120 each or for the pair?

Each. Here is the design philosophy and some measurements

They seem to measure well, but of course, what do they sound like!?  ;D

Look pretty cool...Never knew of them......

All the components themselves seem to have good reviews....

I have heard a different pair of Peerless tweeters (D27TG35-06) in recent times and liked them...
I've been following Dave P's speaker build,,,Interested in his final results....,, His components are quite a bit pricier though.....

Yeah they look good on paper. The question is always, how do they perform as a system?  :D

I dont really trust Parts express reviews on components....the o0nly thing I know is Paul's designs seem generally well regarded.  I am hoping someone near me has built a pair or else I may have to take the plunge. Only time will tell.  :)

I  read PMC used the tweeter I mentioned in one of their monitors....

But yes, I always take reviews as just that..... a piece of a puzzle of sorts

Like Jim Williams' speaking highly of their B652Air monitors..(well he uses a pair slightly modded) .. I've never heard them but I took a chance because I respect his thoughts on  a lot of things and know he usually goes for transparency......and bought some for my son in CA....He said they sound nice but, he's just getting started.... I'd guess they're decent at the very least....

It definitely comes down to design....., it's  also good to know that certain components of the design are accepted as good by some reputable people or companies and it can help in some ways I'd guess.... if the reviews happen to follow along , even better ...

Interested to see more thoughts on those kits though...A bit pricey but, if they're any good, could be a jewel....

I built the DIYSoundgroup version of this kit, and I like them a lot. I've been using them as my main studio monitors for a while now.  The treble is nice and clear, but not fatiguing.  Bass is nice and punchy down to 40 hz, then rolls off sharply.
Seems like the parts express version comes with damping material, which is handy. I just used some cheap foam matress topper.  It appears neither kit comes with a pcb for the crossover, so expect to do some point to point wiring.  I've been having some problems with the woofer cutting out on one of mine, which is probably due to my decision to use screw terminals to wire my drivers to the crossover board.  Would not reccomend that. I could post some build pictures if anyone was interested.
