I bought an Ultimate PSU and I can’t get any contact or a tracking number. Seems like a strange way to do business. Also am I right in thinking they’re the same company as Don Audio?
 
Not the same company, but Don-Audio does order fulfillment.

Check with them.

I bought some analogvibes products several months ago with no issue, but I did reach out to Martin recently about something else and didn’t hear back.

Hopefully he’s alright!

Thanks, I thought I read somewhere about Don classics fulfilling the order. Analog Vibes seem a bit flaky. I hope they come through and that all is well. I have emailed them like crazy to no avail but I guess I’ll wait and see. I’m covered by PayPal if it becomes a problem.
 
I too ordered the PSU about a month ago, got no shipment notification & emailed without response. Will check with don-audio as well.
My order was a PSU case, they weren’t shipping because the handle was back ordered. He agreed that I needed the case now and the handle I could get later when it was in stock. I immediately got a shipping notice.
 
I contacted Don Audio about shaft sizes of their API style knobs no info on site which is strange. No reply from them on that front.
 
October 7 I was told that the delay in my PSU order was because of the leather handles. I haven't had any other responses to my emails since then.

I’ve recently received decent communication regarding the PSU and yes it is the leather handle hold up. Hopefully between that and U.K. postal strikes it should arrive soon…..
 
Sorry guys, I hardly check in here at the moment. Yes we had a huge f**k up with the leather handles. We ordered a bunch of 50 pcs. from our supplier over a month ago and for whatever reason they shipped it to the wrong address. Package was returned and DHL "lost" the package on the way back to the supplier.
We immediately tried to order more handles from our supplier, but they were now out of stock and we were told we either have to wait for the delivery of the new batch (which was supposed to arrive soon) or wait for DHL to "find" our package. what a mess :mad:

Stefan, who is taking care of all your orders had a hard time finding a solution, since "soon" turned out to be not so soon and we where put off by our supplier on a weekly basis...
As an interim solution we found a small batch from a different supplier and the ordered PSUs will ship ASAP. Beyond that our supplier let us know yesterday, that the new batch of handles is scheduled for deliver later this week...

Sorry for the inconvenience guys - to me it feels like that supply chain management - especially for micro businesses such as analogvibes, was waaaay easier before all the crisis came along...
