I bought an Ultimate PSU and I can’t get any contact or a tracking number. Seems like a strange way to do business. Also am I right in thinking they’re the same company as Don Audio?
Thanks, I thought I read somewhere about Don classics fulfilling the order. Analog Vibes seem a bit flaky. I hope they come through and that all is well. I have emailed them like crazy to no avail but I guess I’ll wait and see. I’m covered by PayPal if it becomes a problem.Not the same company, but Don-Audio does order fulfillment.

I bought some analogvibes products several months ago with no issue, but I did reach out to Martin recently about something else and didn’t hear back.

That’s strange.I’ve been in contact with multiple emails last week. Found him to be very accommodating.
My order was a PSU case, they weren’t shipping because the handle was back ordered. He agreed that I needed the case now and the handle I could get later when it was in stock. I immediately got a shipping notice.I too ordered the PSU about a month ago, got no shipment notification & emailed without response. Will check with don-audio as well.
