Ran across these on evilbay and thought they looked kind of interesting. The caps in the pics almost look surface mount but arent? Anyone ever used this console or know how these sound?

I have a stereo meter bridge from one of these consoles and a 220 power supply. Very cool looking! Best quality.
A bunch of elements including preamps were on the market recently and recall they weren’t supposed to be especially colorful or interesting sounding.
I’d bet you might have a more fun experience if you grabbed a pair to try!
