apo-gee trak 2 tech sheets needed

I'm troubleshooting this unit.. there are a pair of leds in the insides that are blinking.. i think those are telling me that something ios wrong.. i'd like to understand what they are saying.
Is anyone of you able to offer me a tech sheet for the above?
