Visual can't tell that much, beside the fact that they seem old, did you tested the capacitors to see if they at least give the correct values, going with the logic:
4k7, beeing maybe 4700nf, and so 4.7uF etc......

without testing one would not know but I would guess they are not as capacitors do have a half life and shelf life. How old is an old radio? pre 1970's? then yeah I doub they are good but won't know until you test

With this logic, the cap on the left that is marked 100K would be a 100µF!
Chances  are that K stands for Kilo, and P for Picofarad... Therefore 4K7 = 4700 pF = 4n7

oh yes, missed that 100K, but that's why i said maybe 4700nf

ok, my multimeter has a capacitance meter.
i've done like it says in it's manual, discharge the cap, press the button to offset the stray capacitance and connect both ends.

The readings are this :

12kp 7.1 - 41.36nf
4k7p 81  - 9.22nf
L47kp 7.1 - 232nf
220kp 7.1 - 0.683uf
1kp 7.1 - 1.15nf
t6k3p 7.1 - 10.54nf

Should they be in a +-10% value to be good?

Well, if these are in good condition, are these good or just any WIMA will be "better"?

Thanks

noob in here

Why bother with old caps if you dont have to have the vintage look?
Use new ones and save you some headace by troubleshooting.

What type are the smaller tubes? Looking like rimlocks, maybe EF40?
Those could be useful....

But those readings are not normal, are they? are they "broken"?

i was thinking maybe they would sound "sweet" in a eq, but it looks like it's not worth the trouble

the small tubes are philips miniwatt (b)X-6  , i'm not sure if it's B in parentesis
