Looks quite similar to the Trident Series 80 faders (but things must be checked)

I work on a trident trimix and I guess this the same audiofad fader, I have 3 bad faders that doesn't cut the sound at 0

Yes. You will need to measure your ones quite accurately to check the ones I have are compatible. Where are you in France ? Colmar or Mulhouse ?

I live in Reims.
the distance between the 2 screws is 124mm and le slider course is 112mm

These faders are 10k log part number 1040P059LOG10k.

However the measurements I am getting are the fader travel is about 110mm. The mounting hole centres seem to be about 112-114mm (there is some play in the mounting points).

my mounting screws are more close to 125mm

These appear to be exactly 124mm measure screwed into this panel.

It is a shame you didn't ask for these 2 weeks ago. About this time of day 2 weeks ago I was driving past Reims going to a job. I used to own a 39 input (yes, 39 inputs channels) trimix a few years back. A nice console and easy to get most of the parts other than the faders and the led meter chip.
