Auditronics 501 power supply

I am starting the project of restoring a Auditronics Son of 36 Grand console.
The original power supply is very temperamental  so I am looking to do an upgrade. I was thinking of replacing the 15v supply with  a Acopain Gold Box supply, Acopian VTD-15-850M Dual Tracking Power Supply .
Any  thoughts on this particular supply as a replacement to the original ?

As long as it can provide enough current for your needs, Acopian  makes great power supplies.  When upgrading power supplies I like to leave about a 20% margin so the new supply runs cool.  So if your board needs 5 amps give it six, etc.
