For caps that can be just fine. Zero can be just fine too. They don’t test the same as other things. Here’s what to check:

On the compressor board, what is DC voltage of pin 10 of the J1 connector? (black probe on any ground)

What is DC voltage on the top of R3? (It should be the same)
16,3 p10
And 1,9 on r3

Ok good! Then the top trace and the bottom trace appear to be connected. So that might not be the problem. I will have to wait til tomorrow to think about it some more.
i already ordered new caps, should arrive later that day, might not hurt to have a couple on hand

just wonna make sure if pin 10 is connected correctly correct on k9

To check pin 10 of k9, turn on EQ>COMP, then measure DC between K9 pins 1 and 10 (red on 1, black on 10). If it says 12V then it’s good.
ok, it gets 12dcv, just wanted to make sure i connected pin 10 right, because i wasnt sure if the pad i soldered p10 on was a ground pad lol:D

Ok cool. When COMP is turned on, do you see AC signal in all these places?

K7 pin 4
T5
T6
K7 pin 7
nope in none of these
when comp is on, also no relay gets voltage between p1&10

ik7 should get voltage on p1,but maybe the ground trace is defect too

edit:

just checked pin 10 isnt connected to any other pin 10, gonna wire it now, and test
