Balanced/unbalanced out on GSSL

I just looked at the PCB schematic and to me it looks like the audio-out from "pcb to XLR-plugs" are un-balanced.
Is this true, and on purpose?

Shouldn't it be balanced out?

It's balanced. There is no zero marked on the pcb from what I can tell but, it's in the middle just like the input.

Oh yea, you're right. It is the shield.

I just saw 3 went in and only 2 came out. The third is cut out by the scissors  ;D

So do they not want anything going to pin 1?

Pin 1 is already connected to each other (all 4) before going into the PCB.
And it’s just the shielding/ground, not the signal (hot & cold).

But yeah, i don't know why it's only going in, and not coming out ?
Maybe someone can shed some light on this.
