Only problem is, even if you win a judgement in court, YOU still have to collect. It’s worse than useless. My understanding, anyway.

yes, and it may take some time too, unless debtor pays voluntarily. 
if debtor needs good credit score/history will pay almost voluntarily, unless there is a financial
problem.
if not, can do Wage Garnishment  etc... u have options!

company i use to work with , had their own debt collection company.

they usually got paid after this email..
..... etc  etc .... This outstanding matter must be paid and closed within the next two weeks in order to avoid having a collection action initiated etc etc etc...


EDIT: even after signing your Judgment, debtor has 30 days to file an appeal  8)
