BF 1176 Troubleshooting (Hairball Audio)

I built the BF1176 compressor (Rev D) from Hairball Audio. Everything is working but the gain reduction meter doesn't show me anything. Every other knob for the meter shows the signal moving the meter but the gain reduction doesn't move at all. What can I do to make sure it works?

It is also an output level meter. Does it indicate dancing audio?

Something is not right with your build. You need to re-check you connections.
