BFE BC315 channel strip wiring

Hi..I need help with wiring bfe bc315 ,I have not schematic so I am not sure where I need make bridges..For IN/OUT and power I have pinout..I will attach picture of pinout and picture of module..Thanks in advace

Also I am not sure where to take output after EQ..From master 1,2,3,4??Probably it is unbalanced output,i have lundahl 2801 1:1  from lundahl site:
LL2801 is a 600 ohm output transformer, turns ration 1:1 
Core: Radiometal lamination, ED style.   
Usage:   
in+ 7 
in- 6   
out+ 9 
out- 10
Can I use this transformer??
