whats the rules there, i remember there use to be a sticky post, but seems like it moved  :

From what I remember,

Basically,  you post an item, people contact  you and  you work out details for payment and shipment.
few things to follow like don't be a store, don't be a jerk/burn people.  If you plan on being a store sign up and pay in the white market. If you are just unloading extra stuff,  post and see who wants it.
