I'd seen that one - it's a nice one ! The name Camenzind didn't say me much at first, but then it appeared he has done quite a few things in the past !

BTW, nice to see a face behind the 555 timer.
Do we know actually who did the CA3080 ? uA741 ? ECC83 :wink: ?

Regards the latter, check out the Jung book posted some time back---I think it mentions at least the 741 designer(s). Nothing about the '83 though...

Yes, Hans C. has kept a lower profile than many outstanding engineers but has done much great work.
