Here is the measurement data for the Fozzie Fosi Bear, measured by the great Audio Science Review guy with an APx555. The dongle offers balanced and unbalanced outputs, is based on two CS43131s and runs without drivers on almost all end devices.
Really impressive data for a USB DAC dongle of this size and weight.
My intensive listening test leaves me positively surprised on the one hand, it was really fun. On the other hand, the DS2 won't take over the DAC world yet, there are better ones out there (but more $$$), which is of course also highly subjective. By the way, my PC sounds better than my smartphone with the same DAC. My tried and tested Schwarzwald circuit still trumps the DS2's on-board OP amp as a 300R headphone driver, lucky me...

PS: This dongle can turn a smartphone into a high-quality signal generator. I paid 60€.
This is pretty awesome. Metal enclosure, drives most anything, balanced output (and SE), great specs, 3-oz/usb-c, $60 which somehow includes standard shipping.
