BSS FDS-360 filter card mods

can someone help guide me with how to mod these cards to cut off at 80 hz? the info starts on page 27

Paragraph 17.2 on page 25 indicates the parts to be modded. A different wild guess: is the bass divider card fully populated? If not then you might be able to add the 'missing parts' and get a 24 dB/octave cut - if you're after that.
