Budget friendly alternative to Cinemag CM-DBX-PC?

does anyone know a more budget friendly direct box transformer that i can substitute for the Cinemag CM-DBX-PC mount? I love the Cinemag but am doing something that requires a large amount of transformers so cost becomes an issue.

The price for the Cinemag is $55 USD each.

It's a 12:1. I'd be ok with something slightly lower if need be.

Does anyone know what the capacitator connected to A3 interwinding screen 2 (Black wire) does? Is it for RFI shielding?
