With manual, original box, no operational problems noted.  Front panel selects sampling rate conversion (if desired), source type, destination type, ADAT pair (if required).    This is a pretty handy box to have around at times.

Rane AVA 22 stereo broadcast delay

Designed to facilitate audio to video offset correction, this stereo digital delay unit uses Dolby Time Link 1-bit delta sigma conversion for AD/DA.
These are also great for simple pre-delay to analog plate and spring reverb units.  It switches in half video frame increments, in PAL mode you get 20mS increments up to 320mS, in NTSC you get 16.68mS increments up to 317mS.  When linked for stereo, the two channels change with one another, de-linked get separate operation, which can obviously be daisy chained for longer and finer times.  It is a unity gain device, which provides a sensitivity trim to compensate for varying input levels.  I have a few available, these have been tested and work properly. 

These units lack the RS1 PSU, usually numerous used pieces on ebay under $50.  18V CT AC, 750mA.
