The surface resistivity of the TPU 70-A material I used is around 10^14 Ohms (100,000 G)...which should be sufficient.I don't want to sound pedantic, but what you want is high volume and surface resistivity, not necessarily a high dielectric strength. Unfortunately, those resistivity numbers are hard to come by for 3D printer filaments. But maybe almost any filament will do, given the distance between capsule and chassis? I don't know... I would probably look for materials with the lowest water absorption. Then the chance of conduction due to ionic contamination is the lowest.
