Capacitor Voltage

Can I use a .01uF @ 600v Cap when the schematic calls for a .01uF 450v?

Are there any disadvantages to doing this? And will it have an effect on the sound of the unit?

No problem - the only drawback could be that you need more boardspace.
To be totally sure: be sure you're comparing the same flavour of voltages (like V_DC with V_DC).

Look at schematic notation of capacitor voltages as recommended minimum voltages.
