sweet amp, acoustic guitar and mic, two channels of acoustic with separate effects,

bummer is it quits working for no reason and keeps coming back to the shop,

two of them to boot.

what do we do?

well, grab a schematic which was a real search effort as Carvin does not hand out schematics door to door,

on line resources make you work Hard to find this,

and this rev was not there but we crossed it,

no wonder it quit, good a dang switcher in there,  rip it out!  but how?

100 watt amp, biggest xfmr core we can fit is 100 EI,  not good for 100 watts,  try it anyway, tell the customer to keep the volume down to 7 and a half,  :D

custom wind, guessed right the first time, regs runnin cool as we can drop headroom down close,

sounds sweet!  no more "performer trying to play and sing while worrying about the amp at the same time" syndrome,  we have all been there, no fun!

had to relocate board and put in bigger caps as we are now filtering 120 hz instead of 4 million,

tie wrap the wires all neat and we done,

oh yeah, test drive for 2 hours,

Was it randomly cutting in and out? My father has one of these, and it will die at random then come back on.  :-[

They had a lot of stuff, before they closed shop.

A fair number of papers, including several AG100D models, at
