Is there not a GR meter calibration for the Chandler LTD-2? I see one trim pot on the B283 amp board, which I assume is to bias T3. There's another trim pot, which the wiper appears to go to the B283 board also. I believe this is an output level trim. It looks like the meter drive comes from the B185A control board.
I have a stereo pair. I traced through both units taking measurements and as far as audio, both units perform identically. It turns out the difference in GR metering just comes down to a difference in the meters themselves. I used some gator clips and crossed the meters from each unit and connected to the other. The difference in meter level stayed with the meters.
