waffles will give you a sugar crash without protein, so it makes sense.

oh man... i dont have a deep fryer but something like this might be in my future...  The last time I had some good chicken and waffles was in memphis about 2 years ago.  My girlfriend has made turkey with stuffing waffles for thanksgiving for the last few years, not quite like chicken and waffles, more traditional thanksgiving flavors, but its pretty killin!
