CK12 capsule on ALCTRON HST11A

Hi everybody.

I want replace the capsule of mi ALCTRON with a teflon CK12.
This is the mic actual schemo:



It shows the voltages at the 4 points I measured.

And this is the capsule with its 4 connection points:



Points 1 and 2 are the backplates, aren't they?
The old capsule has only three connection points, so...How should I connect the CK12 in the circuit?
Another question is about de capsule voltage...
I read around here that the voltage should be 60V, but....In which point in the mic schematic?

Polarization voltage is measured before the polarization resistor resistor, your 65V should be fine. Just connect both back plates together, little hard to tell from the picture but probably pins 1 and 2.
