CL coupling

Could someone please give me a quick and dirty definition of this term? It was mentioned somewhere on the boards in relation to a tube circuit but I can't find a reference to it anywhere else?

Or to be more accurate, I did find one other reference which used it as (I think?) distinct from CR coupling...or they might have been implying they're the same thing...

more commonly known as 'impedance coupling.' a capacitor and a choke instead of a capacitor and resistor.
