We sued a guy from Canada who was bootlegging our products.
He had to come out HERE to San Francisco for everyone of his court dates, so.....
Also, he would have to extradite us to Canada if we didn't show up in their court!
A very unlikely thing to happen, especially when he is the one whole stole ous stuff!
Also, a class action suit buy our at least 300 members and 1000 lurkers, (i know because I had to email half the lurkers!)
would be a devestating blow to mr smalltree.
