Found this company is reproducing some interesting ic's like bucket brigade delay lines ,vca's and bit and bobs for analog synths , they seem to be part of music group aka behringer , and looks like they provide many of the ic used in behringers new line of analog synths ,

I've used their 2164  and they seem fine........ Weird because their printing was backwards on this chip so they gave you special instructions to install them backwards......

Didn't know about the valves.... that's interesting....
 
Cheers for the link Scott , my brothers been at me for ages about building him vco's and vcf's , thats handy Banzai are in Germany too .
 
This company is owned by the same parent company as behringer. That's why behringer has been releasing so many analog synth products!

Kinda funny how so much of the boutique synth market is supported by behringer.....the v2164 is used in SO many products.
