Proceed with arithmetic calculation according to the formula below:

I'd need 115VAC primary with the following secondaries: 250-0-250 (30 mA), 15VAC (1A), 48VAC (50 mA), so overall it would be about 25 VA.

1 x 140 V/ 50 mA

(25 VA, preferably a low profile one, that would fit in a 1 HE enclosure)

Would this be possible and what would be the price of such a transformer?

The 3 power transformers I bought a while ago are very good. My mb1 and the other 2 rude tube ivory are happy.
Have you guys did any math on audio transformers for the major classics on i/o circuitry like 1176, neve or Api?
