I'm not sure if the AD633 would be good for frequency shifting.
If you wanna diy a ringmod you might go for something else.

So far, all ring mod schematics I've seen show a ad633 or diode's + trsnformer configuration...
Can it be that the freq shift part in the Freque II is handled by another chip maybe?

I think frequency shifting is done with 2 ringmods.
