DI box advice

Hi,
I want to connect unbalanced 1/4" outs on a Yamaha AW1600 audio workstation/digital recorder to balanced XLR ins on Behringer Truth studio monitors.
Can somebody recommend the best way to do this? If a di box is involved, any recommendations?

I would think that you just need a custom cable, with the unused XLR input tied to ground.

Look for an owners manual for the speaker.

Your monitors have 1/4” and xlr input
. Use either or and go from your yamaha to you truth speakers

Just get a pair of TS 1/4" to TS 1/4" signal cables of reasonable quality.
Output of the Yamaha Aw1600 is unbalanced TS sockets so no point messing around.
