Do the pair of 6.81k's across pin 2 and 3 attenuate anything?

I don't think there'd be much attenuation since we're talking a low impedance Microphone load in parallel but I've been curious of this and am just making sure I'm thinking correctly.

Also, what about the phantom power's 48V power supply and it's associated caps?
 
They are in parallel with the preamps input impedance so add to the total termination but are not very significant (13k in context of roughly 1.5-2k ).

You could draw it out and calculate it.

If you can't, it would be good to learn. Figuring losses is a KEY tool of audio manipulation.
