Does anybody know more about these transformers?

I recently bought some old broadcast equipment. In it I found some small transformers, the mu-metal can is 1 inch (2,5 cm.) high and has a diameter of 20 mm.
The number on a yellow band is: T 226.
As far as I can measure, they are probably 10K/10K transformers. (1:1)
I would be interested in the manufacturer and the specifications.
No idea if they are any good!
One winding had blue/red leads, the other winding yellow/green leads.
Also there is a yellow/black lead. (=static screen?)
Any information is welcome!

Hi,

They bear a strong resmblance to some BBC transformers I have used.  If they are 10k:10k then they may be the same as the ll/81 msc (see 2nd page of this thread).

Cheers,

As far as I see, they are smaller in size than the BBC transformers.
Somebody suggested that they could have been made by Haufe or NTP.
It seems there is also a ST 226/S for PCB mounting.
I'll try to do some more measurements on them (frequency response, square wave etc.) to see how usable they are.
Thanks anyway!

I think (looking at the construction and PCB layout) that the modules were produced by the technical department of a broadcasting organisation themselves. They may have been produced in Germany or the Netherlands.
One module contained a mu-metal screened torroid transformer with a Haufe label, so maybe they also produced the smaller transformers. But of course these is no guarantee that all transformers came from the same manufacturer.
Also: they contained M-100C modules, so this points in the NTP direction...

OK, so most of the 'votes' say Haufe...
An e-mail is on its way to Germany, I hope they are willing to send me some information about these nice little thingies!

NTP never manufactured transformers. They had own part numbers/types for some transformers but they were made by Lundahl, JS, Beyer etc.

NTP sold M100 op-amps for everyone who wanted to buy. They were widely used by European broadcasters and gear manufacturers. So the existence of M100 op-amp means nothing in this case.

I got an almost instant reply from Haufe, with a datasheet, great service!
The T 226 is a 1:1 (5K/5K) transformer. So: problem solved!
Many thanks for all your contributions!
May have datasheet of this transformers? I have 2 peaces also.
