Eagle question regarding dimension errors

It's when i do a design rule check. I've got it quasi figured out. I think what's happening is that it thinks that traces are too close to text I've added on the dimension layer (same layer as the silk screening) and the outline of the board.

Should the outline and additional text be on the dimension layer? How do I get eagle to understand that it's of no consequence?
 
I usually put all text in the silkscreen top layer tPlace, that way you're sure they're included when you export a gerber.

The dimensions layer should be used to show the size and shape of the board. You can also use it for any large cutouts inside the board.
 
Any idea how to get the drc to ignore the dimension layer? I noticed that when I flood the ground plane, it thinks that it needs to avoid the board outline.

DRC => Distance => Copper/Dimension: 0mil seems to work.

@Matthias: maybe you can link your avatar to a normal http port, like this (8080) it triggers the app firewall
