I have the latest version voltage charts for this amp. The platevoltage: 335V, bias: 30mA and -14V. Anything else?

A SM58 through a 1/4" adapter (no transformer) and a rock-voice should drive that thing to full 30W output.
Try that before you spend money.

Goodizzy, you are getting great advise from "abbey road d enfer", and there's also easy ways to reduce the B+ in case needed, but before doing any mods and be worried about how to implement them properly you should really do what PRR suggested.

Run a SM58 straight at the inputs, use it for a while, try it out.
You might find then if you really want to use for vocals or not.
If you keep it as a guitar amp, the tube rectifier and Sag can be something nice, it's part of the design a lot of people like it for guitar.
