in phase split in schematic we see 470k in cathode. this resistor is ok ?

Yes. It's a very uncommon phase splitter. A fraction of the output of the bottom tube is injected between cathode and grid of the upper tube.

Hello a little feedback about the repair, it worked wonderfully , thank you Abbey for your invaluable help.

The amp sounds very good, it lost somehow it's nice dark tone, but its new bright tone is very good too.

Connecting NF to pin 3 of the 125E transformer gave an awful very medium tone, but connecting it to pin 4 as you advised works pretty well.

I've updated the schematic with the output transformer's polarity noted.
